Is there a way to see allies and enemies conditions/enchantments/hexes active on them?

Whenever a hex or an enhancement or whatever is cast on a person TAB or click on the target. Below the health bare there should be symbols. Each symbol represents a hex, or an enhancement etc. just move your mouse over the symbols.
